The Ignition Society – Vendor Network Signup

The Ignition Society is excited to collaborate with local vendors like you to fuel our members’ enthusiasm through a curated group of reliable service providers. We value partners who recognize the strength of our community and are eager to provide exclusive deals or reductions to help our members maintain their momentum throughout the year—always with safety and compliance in mind.

We invite every prospective vendor to carefully review these conditions. If you consent, simply fill out the details below and add your signature to join our network.

As a selected partner, you’ll gain access to reduced membership fees for yourself, your team, and exclusive referral perks!

As a vendor, you agree to the following terms:

  1. The Ignition Society aims to cultivate a reliable alliance of service providers, with you—as the “Vendor” identified in the form below—joining as a valued addition.
  2. The Ignition Society commits to extending membership perks at preferential rates to participating vendors, which will be outlined and activated upon your enrollment.
  3. As a Vendor, you commit to providing promotional reductions on your goods and services exclusively for Ignition Society members, as detailed in the submission form below.
  4. This partnership kicks off with a one-year commitment starting from your submission date and will seamlessly extend for additional one-year intervals thereafter.
  5. You, as the Vendor, have the option to end your participation with 90 days’ advance written notification to the Ignition Society. However, you must continue honoring the agreed discounts for any members who have already booked, enrolled, or completed payments prior to the termination date.
  6. You, as the Vendor, bear full responsibility for delivering all goods/services, handling transactions, and processing payments. Individuals who buy from you will be considered your direct clients. As such, standard protocols, guidelines, operational standards, and data on transactions and purchases will govern those interactions, incorporating the Ignition Society’s commitments to data protection and discretion.
  7. The Ignition Society and the Vendor mutually agree not to hold each other accountable for any secondary, exceptional, exemplary, or resulting harms (such as, but not limited to, revenue shortfalls or data losses) stemming from this partnership.
  8. Both sides acknowledge that, under this arrangement, each grants the other a restricted, non-assignable, non-exclusive permission to incorporate the granting party’s business name, logos, and supplied promotional assets throughout the partnership duration, strictly for the uses and in the ways outlined here.
  9. This partnership shall be interpreted and regulated under the statutes of the State of California, disregarding any rules on conflicting laws. All parties submit to the sole authority of California’s state and federal courts for settling any conflicts related to this partnership.
  10. Reminder, the Ignition Society can terminate this relationship and any member at any time and for any reason or no reason what so ever.
